As the Senior Vice President, Information Technology for Jacobs Engineering, Cora Carmody provides leadership for Jacobs
mission-critical IT Systems including Enterprise Resources systems such as HR, Financial, Operational support systems such as
project control, engineering/design and collaboration, as well as infrastructure systems and services such as networks, servers,
desktops, web, etc. Cora was with Litton/PRC from 1978 – 2001 (and CIO there from 1996-2001), Invensys plc from 2001-2003 and

Tracy Terrill is Chief Information Officer for LegalZoom, the nations leading provider of online legal document services.
Since joining the company in 2007, Mr. Terrill has overseen the technology strategy to support rapid growth of the companys
product offerings. Prior to joining LegalZoom, he held numerous technology leadership positions with GE/NBC Universal, Universal
Music Group, Universal Studios and Warner Brothers. Mr. Terrill holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
CIO, Flextronics International
David Smoley is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Flextronics, a position he has held since December
2006. Leading IT publication, InformationWeek recently ranked Mr. Smoley as one of the top 50 Global CIOs -- IT Leaders Changing
the Business World. Prior to Flextronics, Mr. Smoley served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Honeywells
Aerospace Electronics Systems. Mr. Smoleys extensive IT career also includes management positions with General Electric where he
most recently held the position of Director and Chief Information Officer for GE Power Controls in Barcelona, Spain. Mr. Smoley
holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Clemson University and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.
